3. Payment

4. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, Junk Shinigami may refuse to remove certain items including but not limited to:

• Hazardous chemicals
• Toxic materials
• Medical waste
• Explosives
• Illegal items

Customers are responsible for ensuring prohibited items are not included in the junk removal request.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about items being removed
• Ensure safe access to the removal area
• Remove personal or valuable items before service begins

Junk Shinigami is not responsible for items mistakenly included in the removal pile.

6. Property Damage

While we take reasonable care during removal, Junk Shinigami is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property.
Customers should inform us of fragile areas or special handling requirements before work begins.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service fee.

8. Disposal and Recycling

Junk Shinigami strives to dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation, or proper waste management facilities when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Junk Shinigami shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
